In 2009, my life changed drastically after a car accident left me with a spinal cord injury, partial paralysis, and the challenge of learning to walk again. After time spent in rehabilitation, managing constant pain, high medication costs, and frequent therapy sessions, I can walk again, with a ‘sway’.

This experience has deepened my appreciation for health and inspired me to help others in need. I founded The Inner Strength Trust to provide financial support for patients requiring rehabilitation but lacking the means to afford it. 

The Trust will benefit those approved by our
Trustees, Dr. Baalbergen, Jacqui Koep and Alna Lategan.
